As mentioned on Instagram stories, Keep it MBAchic content has been sort of slim these days. So, we’re going to change that, with the start of Workwear Wednesdays on our IG stories. MBAchic really got its start back when I was preparing for an interview at a global bank, and I had no idea what to wear. I pulled physical copies of Vogue, Elle, Lucky and Marie Claire, and couldn’t find anything that really spoke to me, so I pulled together our first #keepitMBAchic piece and threw it up on the blog. That piece was what started connecting me to other MBAs and professionals, and our little Twitter community grew to become a support system to me while working and pursuing my degree. I’m excited to get back to talking office fashions and workwear inspo more often, and hope you’ll share your favorites to be featured, as well.

workwear wednesdays, mary orton, memorandum, patterned blouse, wide leg trousers — Love Mary Orton’s style – the windowpane blouse is older but DVF had a nice one. Any bold patterned blouse and wide leg trousers would be perfect.

workwear wednesdays, shopbop, rebecca taylor ava techy pants, pumps, button down — Another Shopbop find, these are Rebecca Taylor’s Ava techy pants. I love how simple the look is (the pants could even be a bit looser in the thigh).

workwear wednesdays, jcrew dress, blue sheath, sheath dress — Found this via our ladies at @chicksinthecloset! This blue J.Crew sheath in bi-stretch cotton is so versatile — and so stylish. AND: it’s on SALE!

workwear wednesdays, pink blazer, yourfinery, finery, charlotte russe — Love this look by Curves on a Budget (@curvesonabudget13); comprises pieces most of us have in our closets – try out Finery to style it!

workwear wednesdays, dolce and gabbana — Amal Clooney is style goals, always. This suit is Dolce & Gabbana, but after seeing this I love any charcoal suit with a white top and nude pump.
