Since first launching MBAchic in 2011, we’ve built an incredible community of over 10,000 MBA students, graduates and professionals across our various channels. Although we couldn’t be more proud of the impactful connections our members have made during these last years, we strive to do more. Our team has been hard at work over the past several months amplifying our efforts to cultivate connections and create enriching experiences. Now we’re excited to share the newly refreshed MBAchic community with each of our dedicated members. Whether you’re navigating bschool, career milestones, the latest headlines, job searching, or seeking out a new mentorship dynamic, there’s something new to discover inside MBAchic every day.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our event calendar to include both virtual and in-person gatherings, ensuring that our community members have even more opportunities to connect, get inspired, and support each other on their academic and professional journeys. Back in 2020 before the pandemic forced us to reimagine networking events, MBAchic and the Brenau University Executive Women’s MBA brought together a powerhouse panel of speakers to the iconic Ashley Longshore Gallery at Diane von Furstenberg NYC. As part of their #InCharge conversations, DVF generously hosted us in their flagship studio in the Meatpacking District, for a talk on the power of community – investing in and tapping into the communities that make us the #InCharge women that we are. Surrounded by some of the most influential, fearless, trailblazing women, we embarked on an intimate, in-depth discussion with our esteemed panel: Cate Luzio, Founder & CEO of Luminary; Pamela Pekerman, Founder & CEO of Hustle Like a Mom; Randi Zinn, Founder & CEO of Beyond Mom and Kay Y. Wallace, Former President & CEO of the National Black MBA Association®.
This event (our first!) was just one shining example of the power of community that MBAchic fosters. From virtual workshops and webinars to exciting in-person conferences and mixers, we’re committed to continuing to create a dynamic and inclusive space where you can thrive.
