You’ve likely come across a repost or received a DM of one of Adam Grant’s many insightful tweets. Or maybe you’re the one firing them off to your friends and joining the rich conversation happening in the comments. Whether or not you’ve read his books, Wharton Organizational Psychologist and Professor Adam Grant‘s work is everywhere, and for good reason. He advises and teaches work and psychology to his students and to industry titans, offering insights on motivation, meaning, and leading a more generous and creative life.
You also might remember our interview survival kit giveaway from 2019, for which Grant generously provided winners with signed copies of his NYT-Bestselling book Originals: How Non-Conformists Move the World. ICYMI, the book is about how to champion new ideas and fight groupthink. It will certainly challenge you, get your creative juices flowing and inspire you to think big.
This month, Professor Grant is out with his latest book, Think Again (Viking). Bill & Melinda Gates and leaders and academics around the world are calling it a “must-read” and it’s already hit #1 on the NYT Bestseller list. In it, he talks about the importance and power of knowing what you don’t know. About developing intellectual curiosity and the critical art of rethinking, and understanding how people think to better understand their ideas. About the value of approaching situations with humility. His website crisply describes one of his guiding principles, to “argue like he’s right but listen like he’s wrong.”
We’re partnering again (!) with Adam Grant to give away four copies of his new bestseller Think Again (to two sets of friends). While you’re heading to Instagram to enter, make sure you’re following him on every social platform, as well.
Thanks, Adam, for again generously offering signed copies of your latest book. Check out the rules below and head to Instagram to enter!

Also, subscribe to WorkLife, his podcast with TED that takes us “inside some truly unusual places, where they’ve figured out how to make work not suck.” We loved his conversations with Margaret Atwood and The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah, but truly: there are gems dropped in every. single. episode.
